::: Host :::
All our clients are hosted on our Cobalt RaQ4s. Your virtual server
account settings are accessible through [ http://www.yourdomainname.co.uk/siteadmin
]. From here you can set up your hosting features such as e-mail, user
accounts, and mailing list. Help is available right the way through the
process but we are always on hand to help if you need it.
Your personal settings are available on [ http://www.yourdomainname.co.uk
/personal ] here you can change passwords and information like your
name.
::: Accessing Your Web Space :::
Warning! Your home page must always be called "index" as this is the
page your domain name first looks for. If there is no index page, the
contents of your web space will be displayed in a list.
Via FTP:
Any FTP client can be used, we recommend Cute FTP from Global Scape to
start with, see our recommended resources
www.//resources . On your FTP client choose to connect
to your host and enter your details below. Once connected you may find
yourself in a folder called "users/[username]" this is the wrong file to
upload data to, because this is your user account with the address [
http://www.yourdomainname.co.uk/~USERNAME ]!
Only data uploaded into your "Web" folder will be seen by the outside
world. To get to this folder choose the up command until you see "web"
folder in the list.

Via Front Page:
This is only an option if you are using the Microsoft Front Page program
to build your web site. When you are ready to publish your web site you
will find the option under the file menu, then publish web.
